Hotel Reservation Instructions

Brethren, please use the following instructions to book your lodging for the upcoming MGM 2026 event. We have block room rates secured at two locations, both situated approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from the event venue.

Important Details & Deadlines

  • Group Code: You must mention the “Masons MGM Event” when calling or emailing to secure the discounted rate.
  • Valid Dates: The group rate is specifically valid for the weekend of September 4–6, 2026 only.
  • Availability: We have a strict guarantee of 20 rooms reserved at each hotel.
  • Cut-off Date: The hotels will hold this block until July 31, 2026. After this date, unbooked rooms will be released to the public and return to standard pricing.

Policies & Cancellation

Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note that a $200 security deposit hold will be placed on your card at check-in for incidental damages and is fully refundable upon inspection at checkout.

  • Free Cancellation: No penalty if cancelled at least one week prior to your scheduled check-in date.
  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Cancellations made outside of the one-week window will incur a penalty charge equal to one night’s stay plus taxes.
